We have been using this system since 2003 and it now the very life blood of our
company. We use it primarily for dealing with our call logs and sales calls. It
tracks our sales right from initial contact to finalisation allowing us to attach
any documents we like to the sales log. We have nothing but praise for what Image
Red have created here and although we did request a few tweaks in the early days
it has everything you need for sales call tracking and Cash flow forecasting.

We love this system; it has made our life so much easier since we converted to using
this system several years ago. We especially love the support call logging system
and the contract management system as these sections alone have saved us massive
amounts of time that we no longer spend bogged down in administration. The support
section allows you to log a call as soon as it comes in and provides the customer
with an instant ticket number so the call can be tracked. The call is then placed
onto a waiting queue where one of our support engineers then picks up the call.
The queue has an excellent feature the monitors the calls for the administrators
to make sure that no call ever goes over 1 hour before it is answered, it has a
great nagging procedure for all support engineers if a call goes over 1 hour making
sure that our support service to our customers is first rate. We are often praised
for our customer support and this is all down to Image Red and their Contact system.
The contract tracking system has also saved us a lot of time as it tracks and makes
sure that every contract we have is paid and up to date or it warns us instantly.
Again this has saved our accounts department lots of time as the system takes care
of all aspects contract management right down to estimating future contract values
to create a cash flow forecast into the future.
